Terms of Service
Last updated: May 9, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, duties, and responsibilities between members and the service provider (the "Company") in connection with the use of Antidetect Browser (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the antidetect browser, desktop app, and server API provided by the Company.
- "Member" means a person who has been issued a license key and uses the Service.
- "License" means the identifier key issued after payment, bound to a single device.
Article 3 (Service provision)
The Company provides:
- Antidetect browser
- Per-profile fingerprint isolation and management
- Proxy support (SmartProxy etc.)
- Profile count / concurrency limits per plan
Article 4 (License and payment)
- A license is bound to one device. You may unbind the device from My Page (max 2 times per 24 hours).
- Payments are processed via Paddle (international) or Toss Payments (Korea, planned); VAT is handled automatically by the processor.
- Subscription auto-renewal occurs on the payment date; notice emails are sent 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry.
- Refunds: full refund within 7 days of payment if the key is unactivated. After activation, withdrawal is restricted (digital content). See Refund Policy for details.
- We recommend testing on the Free plan before purchasing a paid plan.
Article 5 (Member duties · No reverse engineering)
Members must not:
- Use another person's license key or API key without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, modify, or derive from the Client software (Electron app, SDK, Chromium fork)
- Extract, replicate, redistribute, or share with third parties the Service's fingerprint algorithm, server responses, or CDP command sequences
- Use the Service for illegal activity (fraud, hacking, copyright infringement, ad click inflation, fake traffic, mass account creation, etc.)
- Violate the acceptable use policy of the API/SDK/automation tools
- Engage in conduct that violates the laws of Korea or the member's country of residence
⚠️ User responsibility + Legal protection
The Service is offered for lawful purposes such as ad verification, multi-account management, and SEO monitoring. The user is solely responsible for all consequences of using the Service. Violations of these Terms (especially reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution) will result in immediate termination + damages claim + criminal complaint (Korea Copyright Act §101-2 Computer Program Protection — up to 5 years imprisonment or KRW 50 million fine).
Article 6 (Service changes and suspension)
The Company may modify or suspend part or all of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice for material changes. The Company is not liable for:
- Force majeure (natural disaster, war, power outage, etc.)
- Policy changes or outages of third parties (proxy vendors, payment processors, bot-detection vendors, etc.)
- Member's PC, network, or environment issues
Article 7 (Limitation of liability)
The Company does not guarantee that the Service will bypass all bot detection. Bot detection evolves continuously; the possibility of blocks on specific sites always exists. The Company's liability shall not exceed the amount paid.
Article 8 (Dispute resolution)
Disputes related to these Terms are governed by Korean law, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 9 (Personal information)
Handling of personal information is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be revised with prior notice upon service policy changes.
