Privacy Policy

Antidetect Browser (the "Service") values your privacy and complies with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. This Policy specifies what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Required (contract performance)
- License key: payment and activation identification
- Email address: license delivery, receipts, important notices
- Device fingerprint (hash): license-to-device binding (one license → one PC)
- IP address / access time: security log (1 year retention)
- Payment info: handled directly by Paddle; we retain only the transaction ID and payer email
1.2 Optional (Telemetry — opt-in only)
Collected only when enabled in the desktop app Settings. Default is OFF.
- Profile launch/stop events (time, error codes)
- Bot-detection site categories (e.g. "cloudflare", "datadome") — not actual URLs
- Anonymous fingerprint hash (for debugging)
What we NEVER collect
- Visited URLs
- Page content / screenshots
- Search queries / typed text
- Account credentials (ID, password)
- Cookies / session data
- Site credentials saved by users in profiles (stored only on the user's PC)
2. Purpose of use
- Service provision and license verification
- Payment processing and receipts
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Improving bot-detection algorithm quality (when Telemetry opt-in)
- Service security and fraud prevention
3. Retention period
- Account info: 30-day grace after license expiry → auto-deletion
- Payment records: 5 years (per E-Commerce Act)
- Access logs: 1 year (per Communications Secrets Protection Act)
- Telemetry events: 90 days (rolling window, auto-deletion)
4. Third-party disclosure
We do not disclose user information to outside parties except:
- Paddle (Merchant of Record) — payment processing. Paddle Privacy Policy
- SmartProxy / proxy vendors — proxy traffic the user uses (IP only, no page content)
- Legal requests — pursuant to lawful warrants of investigative authorities only
5. User rights
- Access / correct / delete / suspend processing of your own data
- Withdraw Telemetry consent (toggle OFF in app Settings)
- Account deletion (via license refund request or direct account deletion request)
6. Security measures
- HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption across all communication
- Password hashing
- Access privilege separation
- Log anonymization
